Read the story from Peter Malone's book. For active listening, play the CD and use Music-Go-Rounds to point out the music of each character and the instrument that plays it.

As you listen to Bernstienon the CD, ask kids to put the Music-Go-Rounds (MGRs) characters on the whiteboard as they appear, then place the instrument that represents them underneath.  Our PDF Activity Guide includes many activities!
