Xiao Feng's (Little Zephyr) grandfather is master craftman and performer of the Lu Sheng, a mouth-blown organ that is a time immemorial tradition among the people of the remote mountain areas of southern China. Xiao asks his grandfather to teach him this instrument so he may compete in the regional competition.
