Elfis, a mover and shaker, brushes off his blue suede shoes and persuades Santa to let him borrow the sleigh to take the working elves on a tour. South of the border they witness children swinging at a pinata. A Hanukkah celebration is next with candles and dreidl. The drums and colors of Kwanzaa get them excited. Then a gift wrap department gets them all rapping. They return to Santa's workshop energized for another celebration.
