Grandpa and Grandma purposely leave open a trunk filled with costumes, props, and memorabilia from their Broadway careers for the grandkids to discover. As the kids pull out finds, they make-up routines to My Top Hat and Classy Cane, There's Nothin' Like a Feather Boa, The Cape Tango, Make Them Laugh! with the bookend of A Little Bit of Showbiz.
10 main characters and a choir, simple to stage, and only 20 min. long. In fact, the kids could do a lot of the planning themselves. Includes enhanced perf/accomp. CD with reproducible scripts and scores as well as the tracks. Gr. 2-6.
