The world of southern tradition boy-choir classical meets black community blues gospel. Music is the bridge in this inspiring film of young people who break the prejudices of their upbringings. The soloist in the Blanton Boy Choir is intrigued by the blues harmonica music of young Landy and pursues his interest by visiting Rivertown - unaccceptable behavior in Blanton's "tradition". Hear great choral singing and passionate blues and gospel as you watch these two boys and their choir master (Peter Scolari) insist on the best in both music and character. Rated PG. Disney 93 min.
